Trade & Interior Designers
If you specify lighting for a living, you already know the two things that go wrong: the piece arrives three weeks after the handover date, and the dimensions on the website were not the dimensions in the box.
We are building this programme around those two failures specifically.
Who it's for
- Interior designers and design studios
- Architects specifying residential fit-outs
- Contractors and turnkey furnishing companies
- Hospitality and F&B fit-outs — restaurants, cafés, boutique hotels
- Property developers furnishing show units
- Stylists working on gehaz and newlywed apartment packages
What you get
Pricing agreed per account
Trade pricing is set per account against your volume and project profile, not from a public tier table. Tell us what you specify in a typical year and we will come back with terms within one working day.
We would rather do that than publish a percentage that turns out to be wrong for your practice in either direction.
Specification support
Full dimensions, materials, finishes and light counts for any piece in the range, in a format you can drop into a schedule. If a spec you need is not yet confirmed with the supplier — bulb type, wattage, drop length, weight — we will tell you that plainly rather than guess. A number you can't rely on is worse than no number when you're loading a drawing.
Delivery that fits a programme
- 2–4 working days in Cairo and Giza, up to 7 elsewhere in Egypt — against the 7–10 days most of this market quotes.
- Consolidated delivery: a whole project's fixtures held and delivered together on your date, rather than arriving piece by piece across three weeks while the site sits waiting.
- Installation by our own crew for Statement-tier pieces, scheduled with your site.
Terms that protect the project
- 3-year warranty on every piece, which stays with the fixture — so it protects your client after handover, not just you at delivery.
- Free returns: collected from the address within 14 days and refunded within 72 hours. Client changed their mind at the last walkthrough? That is our problem, not yours.
- Transit damage replaced at no cost when reported within 48 hours.
What we won't pretend
Three straight answers, because you will find out anyway and it is better you hear it from us:
- We have no showroom. If you need to see and handle a piece before specifying it, tell us and we will arrange for a sample to reach you.
- We are new. Fanosia is launching, not established. What we can offer against that is terms in writing and a named person who answers, rather than a decade of reputation we don't have yet.
- Some specs are still being confirmed with our suppliers. We will always say which, rather than filling a gap with a plausible number.
Bespoke and volume
For quantities beyond the catalogue, finish variations, or a piece specified to a drawing, talk to us early — lead times for anything non-standard are set by the workshop, not by us, and the earlier the conversation the more honest the date we can give you.
